  the staff is always pleasant and courteous with me. Most times there isn't much of a wait in the waiting room for my appointment. If there is, i'm usually told it won't be long. I'm not sure why or what other customers are talking about. The dental hygienists are always thorough and pleasant. I"ve been coming here for many years. I don't plan on changing. THANKS for the great service

  Five stars to the staff at the Cornwall Dental Clinic. Love the way they treat my grandchildren. They used to be scared of going to the dentist. Not anymore...it's a great experience!!!

  I went for an "emergency" appointment when I was about 35 weeks pregnant. They were very rude on the phone when booking the appointment. Then when I got there I clearly indicated on the form that I was pregnant and you could also tell by looking at me that I was pregnant as I was very far along. The lady told me to get ready to have an X-ray and I said something like, "Do you normally do X-rays for patients who are pregnant?" She said, "oh no sorry we'll just take you back then". The assistant (I'm not exactly sure of anyone's position as no one introduced themselves but the dentist") then found out where I was from and started to complain the entire time i waited for the dentist about Cornwall and how my hometown was so much better, etc. Then when the dentist got to me he concluded that it was just "pressure" from my teeth shifting and there was no solution. They charged me about $130-150 for that.. So for nothing. Here I am three months later with the same tooth chipping out of my mouth (it's about 1/4 gone). i also couldn't stand the glass windows and "open" environment. It contributed to the overall aweful environment.

  Every appointment is always 15-20 minutes late this is every appointment for the last 8 years or so I left work early on overtime to get my son to his appointment on time and was told the hygienist was running 15 minutes late. I laughed and say typical. 15 minutes go by and still nothing. I'll gladly give my money to a different dentist who can be on time.
